We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.76 - £16.49 per hour Summary: The Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours) will act as the first point of contact for emergency and general enquiries across a wide range of council services, including Adult and Children's Social Care, Housing, Libraries, and other local services. This role involves handling sensitive calls from both professionals and members of the public, ensuring accurate information gathering and effective response during out-of-hours periods.
