Job description

Pay Range: $16.00 – $30.00 Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay. I. General Description: Reports directly to the Director of Operations, the Maintenance Employee must demonstrate entry-level knowledge of basic building maintenance and some trade support, i.e., basic electrical, plumbing, masonry, custodial, carpentry, painting, doors, roofs, golf carts, etc. The position provides services for single or multiple locations within the Company. II. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO): - Custodial – Approximately 75% - Ensures that company standards of cleanliness and appearance are met or exceeded in offices, restrooms, exterior areas, company units, hallways, etc. - Cleans vacated units on a timely basis (reviews units to ensure that doors, latches, and alarms are functional) - Monitors the physical condition of the facility and reports maintenance requirements and potential equipment failures to the Store Manager - Makes pest control inspections and takes appropri...
