Lab Technician

Job description

- Following established ISO and QAKE 19 certifications and procedures. - Training, interacting and communicating with other Laboratory personnel, Operations and warehousing personnel in a professional manner. - Performing quality control testing and reporting of in-process samples to support the compliant operations of the plant. - Ensuring documentation of laboratory activities including the use of logbooks, databases, Laboratory Information Management System, check sheet, etc. - Operating, maintaining, and providing troubleshooting information using a wide range of laboratory equipment including automated viscometers, volumetric titrator, TOC analyzers, spectrophotometers, KF titrator, etc. - Ensuring and maintaining adequate laboratory supply inventory, cleanliness of lab areas and to ensure organization and safety. Must have relevant experience with the following instrumentation: - APHA colorimeter - UV-VIS Spectrophotometer - Viscometer and other wet analysis. - Ability to work with a diverse team including Lab Tech, Operations, Warehousing personnel, etc. - Self-driven with a high degree of initiative and time management skills. - Must have the highest standards of integrity,...
