Duties and Responsibilities: Lead one or more large or platform programs independently; lead globally distributed teams Act as Team Lead to assigned programs, building a team of cross-functional members, conducting meetings, establishing deliverables and accountability, communicating progress and results to all interested parties, and ensuring that all critical elements of the program, from design to commercialization, are on target to meet objectives Provide leadership on measures, impact assessment, removal of roadblocks, conflicts, and change of scope decisions Prepare and deliver executive level communication and/or presentations regarding product reviews / forums, New Product Development (NPD), etc. to varying audiences up to and including the CEO.
