Overview Department 411 – Life Cycle Support Programs Life Cycle Support Programs is the program office for the Hull Planning Yard. In this capacity we are responsible for administering both the OMNIBUS and Spare Parts BOA contracts that provide life cycle support for all active-duty submarine classes. We oversee tasking to design system updates and upgrades, maintain configuration control, provide Integrated Logistics Support documentation, kit and manufacture shipboard alteration packages as well as deliver spare parts to the naval supply system. Role OverviewAs a D411 Fleet Material Program Representative, you will manage a variety of tasks associated with material support for Ship Alterations. This cross-functional role collaborates with Materials Management, Finance, Contracts, Engineering, Washington Engineering Office, related Program Office roles, as well as SUPSHIP and NAVSEA.
