Position Title: Accounts Payable Specialist: Position Overview: The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the outflow of capital for the company. Objectives and Responsibilities: Receive, review and process invoices. Assist with Facilitating payments of vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies. Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments or stop-payment orders as needed. Assist with opening mail, scanning and emailing to the correct department/person. Complete a daily check deposit. Pull invoices from our online Vendor Portals and process.
