Overview Consilio is seeking early career leaders for our new Strategy and Transformation Analyst Rotational Program. Analysts in the program will work across our global business lines and service portfolio, supporting strategic decision‑making for both our current and emerging businesses through rigorous market analysis, financial modeling, and executive‑level storytelling. This role partners closely with Sales, Finance, and cross‑functional business leaders to identify growth opportunities, assess risks, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. The Strategy Analyst plays a critical role in both shaping strategy and supporting its execution across the organization. This role is based in Washington, DC.
