Actual pay rate dependent upon experience. $19.75 - $26.00 Position Highlights: 2:00pm-10:30, 4:00pm-10:30pm and 6:00pm; 24hrs/2wks $3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL is available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, $2 on weekends. A Brief Overview: Accountable for providing direct, personal care and services to residents in the skilled nursing facility, which meet the physical, academical, social and spiritual needs on a daily basis to maintain and improve their highest level of independent function.
