Job Description Summary: The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a strategic, analytical, and future-focused leader to serve as the Senior Director, Franchise Strategy, Italy (span breaker East). In this role, you will shape the strategic direction of one of Europe’s largest and most strategically important market while guiding your team towards driving the agenda for their respective markets. You will act as an objective advisor to franchise leadership and system partners, integrating system priorities, orchestrating strategic routines, and leading critical cross-functional initiatives that unlock long-term value. You will bring strong strategic thinking, deep understanding of system economics, and the ability to simplify complexity while fostering alignment across the system. What you’ll do for us: Serve as a system strategic integrator and connector person for system-wide strategic priorities, ensuring alignment between TCCC cross-functional teams and CCH territories.
