Job Description Summary MUSC Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dedicated Colorectal Surgery team. The successful applicant will be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working full-time in the care of Colorectal Surgery patients. The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will join a busy practice of three Colorectal Surgeons. The practice provides the breadth of colorectal surgical services to the community including multidisciplinary care to colon and rectal cancer patients, surgical management of IBD and benign abdominal disease, management of anorectal surgical problems, and endoscopy. The team works closely with members of gastroenterology and oncology and has a stable, experienced, and collegial office support staff. This position will have a focus in supporting the colorectal surgery team primarily in the hospital setting with a small office-based component focused on providing ostomy teaching and ongoing support for patients.
