About our group: The Senior Learning & Development Partner / Program Manager is responsible for shaping and delivering impactful learning solutions that strengthen workforce capability at the Springtown site while contributing to Global Learning & Development initiatives across Seagate. This role combines site based L&D leadership with end-to-end program management . The incumbent serves as a trusted partner to the site leadership, while also operating as a key member of the Global Learning & Development organization—translating global strategy into local impact and scaling best practices back into the enterprise. The role ensures that learning solutions are strategically aligned, operationally excellent, digitally enabled, and future focused , supporting evolving skills needs in a manufacturing and technology-driven environment.
