About the Role: Job Summary The Coordinator, Nursing Excellence supports the advancement of professional nursing practice across NGHS by coordinating activities within the Professional Nursing Governance structure, facilitating policy and procedure management, and promoting a culture of excellence. This role serves as a key contributor to the Pathway to Excellence® program, ensuring alignment with its standards and fostering a healthy work environment that supports nurse engagement, shared decision-making, and professional growth. Minimum Job Qualifications: Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia. Required: Professional certification in either a clinical, leadership, or education specialty within 2 years. Professional organization membership within three months of hire into the role.
