Guest Service Supervisor Location: My Place Hotel - Grand Rapids, MN Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour Schedule: Shifts are 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM About the Role: My Place Hotel in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to help lead front desk operations and deliver a consistent, welcoming guest experience. This is a hands‑on leadership role that works closely with the General Manager to support Guest Service Representatives, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, guest‑focused, and comfortable balancing leadership duties with direct guest interaction.
