Job DetailsJob Location: Franklin, IN 46131Salary Range: $21.50 - $23.50 HourlyJob Shift: Day Maintenance Warehouse Porter - M-F 8a-430pm - Starting Pay: $21.50hr/weekly A Maintenance Porter is responsible for keeping facilities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. Duties typically include routine cleaning, basic repairs, trash removal, exterior upkeep, and supporting maintenance staff with day‑to‑day tasks to ensure the building and grounds remain in good working condition. Job Description: SUMMARY: Technician is expected to be able to complete inspections, conduct quality PMs on various equipment as well as minor to moderate repair/breakdown maintenance. Most technicians are typically involved in forklift, battery and building maintenance. Basic maintenance experience is desired, and additional facility specific training will be given. Opportunities for growth within the department will be available for technicians who demonstrate an aptitude for more advanced levels of maintenance. Highly skilled candidates may also be considered for higher starting levels based on relevant experience.
