Senior Building Services Engineer – Modular Data Centre Solutions Silent Aire - Dublin: What you will do: Working within the Modular Design Engineering Team, the Senior Building Services Engineer is responsible for the technical leadership, design delivery, and operational definition of building services systems within Silent-Aire’s Modular Data Centre (MDC) solutions. The role covers the full lifecycle of modular projects—from concept design and system architecture through detailed design, factory manufacture, testing, and site integration. A key accountability of the role is the development and ownership of Descriptions of Operation (DoO), ensuring engineering intent is translated into robust, testable, and operable modular systems. How you will do it: Building Services & Modular Design: Descriptions of Operation (DoO) & Control Narratives - Lead mechanical and electrical building services design for modular data centre units. - Develop designs from concept through detailed design supporting off-site manufacture.
