Description: Work Schedule: 60% FTE, day/evening, 12-hour shifts, from 0700-1930, every other weekend rotation plus required on-call responsibilities during the off-hours (evenings/nights) with a one-hour response time to travel to patient’s home. Scheduled holiday rotation. This position is eligible for shift and weekend differentials and mileage reimbursement. Hours are based off the operational needs of the department. You will travel and work primarily in patient’s homes located within a 30-mile radius of University Hospital; your assigned work location will be 301 S. Westfield Rd., Madison, WI. Pay: Additional components of compensation include impressive shift differentials - $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $4.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked.
