Job Description: Role: Tank Farm and Components Area Manager Location: Runcorn, England: Contract: Permanent: Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Please note: due to operational requirements, you may occasionally be required to work additional hours. Closing Date: 28th April 2026: About the Role: As Tank Farm and Components Area Manager, you will lead a sophisticated and busy operational area, running the day-to-day challenges of a high‑performing FMCG manufacturing environment to deliver safe, high‑quality products to plan. With a strong understanding of current and future demand on your area, you will lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to achieve world‑class performance across Safety, Quality, Service and Cost, aligned to the site’s balanced scorecard. You will champion strong governance and compliance, ensuring conformance to all regulatory, accreditation and CARM requirements, and play a key role in achieving successful GAR audit outcomes.
