Primary Responsibilities: - Support daily HR operations and provide administrative and customer service support to employees and managers - Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure accurate data management and compliance - Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems - Assist in delivering a positive and consistent employee experience Job Duties: - Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and I-9 completion - Maintain and organize employee files and documentation - Perform HR data audits and ensure accuracy within HRIS and timekeeping systems - Process employee lifecycle changes including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations - Serve as a point of contact for timekeeping and payroll-related inquiries - Process bonus payments, compensation adjustments, and invoices; coordinate approvals with Accounts Payable - Prepare reports for HR, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders - Support compliance programs, including drug and alcohol testing - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements - Assist with HR projects and other dut...
