Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or another field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience. - 9 years of experience in an analytical HR role, management consulting (e.g., strategy, compensation), or similar analytical role. - 4 years of experience in compensation. - 3 years of experience in people management. Preferred qualifications: - 3 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment. - Experience in a tech company or an environment with unique talent. - Ability to proactively experiment with Google AI tools, demonstrating a commitment to improve efficiency and ways of working. - Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment by adjusting strategies as needed to creatively solve problems. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and influence others to align direction.
