Vice President – International ETF Create/Redeem Location: New York, NY: Division: Equities / ETF Trading: Overview: Jefferies is seeking a Vice President – International ETF Create/Redeem to join its Equities platform. This role is central to building and scaling the firm’s international ETF primary market capabilities, with a focus on execution, client engagement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be an experienced ETF professional with deep knowledge of the create/redeem process across international markets, combining trading, sales, and operational expertise to support the growth of a global franchise. Key Responsibilities: Execution & Franchise Development: - Support and help lead the build-out of the International ETF create/redeem business within a global investment bank. - Execute ETF primary market transactions, including creations and redemptions across non-U.S. equity markets. - Partner with senior trading leadership to optimize workflows and scale the platform globally.
