As an Operations Planner, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with operational leaders, you’ll turn demand forecasts and business priorities into effective workforce plans that support excellent guest experiences. You will take ownership of creating and managing rosters across departments, balancing operational needs, budget requirements and labour compliance. Your work will directly impact cost efficiency, payroll accuracy and service delivery across the attraction. Beyond day‑to‑day scheduling, you’ll act as a subject matter expert in workforce planning – spotting resourcing risks early, supporting recruitment planning, and driving continuous improvements in how resources are planned and deployed.
