This position is contingent upon contract award. Target salary range: $65,000 - $71,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. Location: ON SITE - Center for Seabees and Facility Engineering (CSFE), Naval Base Ventura County, Port Hueneme, CA Objective: Training Specialist/Learning Program Manager will serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for the Facilities Management and Acquisition Division within CECOS. Qualified candidates should be local to Naval Base Ventura County (Port Hueneme) or surrounding areas and have experience working as a Division Director or above within a NAVFAC Public Works Department (or equivalent) experience to be considered for this position. Provide training in structured writing, effective writing techniques, and test writing principles to course writers.
