As an Operation Lead, you will work closely with the Regional managers and Command Center team to ensure operational activities are running smoothly within the Digital & IT scope You will act as a link between the Command Center, Management and the Service Lines to ensure that bottlenecks and escalations are managed rapidly Global Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Global-based teams and the Command Center in India. You will facilitate daily "handover" meetings to ensure technical issues identified are seamlessly transitioned to global teams for resolution. Incident Monitoring & Reporting: Support the Command Center in tracking real-time IT performance. You will be responsible for translating complex technical data into clear, actionable "Service Health" reports for stakeholders.
