Job Requirements: Assist with activities regarding guest and team member safety, gaming regulations and company policies and procedures. Help enforce local, state, and federal regulations and aid when needed.Write incident reports, ensuring accurate handling of information according to company standards. Perform guest identification checks to ensure proper age of guests playing or drinking at the casino. Provide comfort and initiate medical response to ill or injured persons within company guidelines. Stay informed of the company’s safety and emergency action procedures. Dispatch security personnel and or outside emergency services as required. Complete all Security department paperwork in a timely and efficient manner. Immediately report unsafe conditions and employee or guest accidents to a supervisor or Security. Assist guest and team members with their lost and found items.
