Enterprise Payments Application Analyst (Hybrid)

Job description

Overview The Enterprise Payments Application Analyst, supports the end-to-end administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Global Payments Platform (GPP). This role is responsible for providing functional and technical support for a mission-critical enterprise payments platform that processes ACH, Wires, Real Time Payments (RTP), FedNow, and emerging payment rails. Working under the direction of the VP, Enterprise Payments Application Manager, this role partners closely with Technology, Operations, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Client teams to ensure platform stability, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, requirements analysis, testing coordination, vendor engagement, and ongoing platform enhancements to support business growth and increasing transaction volumes.
