As our Team Lead, you manage a dedicated technical sub-team (4 FTE) while remaining hands-on with our day-to-day project execution. You bridge technical leadership with people management – defining clear goals, allocating resources efficiently, and coaching your crew to reach their full potential. Reporting directly to the Department Head, you collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Planning to ensure seamless project delivery and drive continuous operational improvements. What you'll do: Technical leadership and direction: Define clear technical direction, establish solid team standards, and set up clear milestones. Communicate objectives and project requirements transparently, running regular reviews with your crew to track progress. Keep your team aligned with industry best practices and emerging high-tech radar trends. Support the technicians with their daily work by taking up a part of the work load: Soldering, assembling, testing and calibrating electronic sub-assemblies for the radar systems.
