Job description
The Peer Learning Programs within Academic Success and Undergraduate Advising (ASUA) invite applications for Instructional Student Assistants (ISAs) to serve as Peer Learning Facilitators in support of historically challenging courses at CSUSB. Based on course structure and instructional needs, Peer Learning Facilitators are assigned to one of three roles: Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader, Embedded Tutor, or Embedded SI Leader. All roles are designed to promote student success through collaborative learning and strategic academic support. Facilitators serve under the general supervision of the Academic Centers for Excellence Director and direct supervision of the Peer Learning Programs Coordinator. Applicants must be current CSUSB students in good academic standing with demonstrated subject knowledge and a commitment to supporting diverse learners.
