Job Description Job Summary: The Director, Performance Management ensures timely creation of critical Executive and Health plan management performance reviews, as well as providing clear, consistent measurement framework and insights. This role is responsible for defining, implementing and monitoring standardized growth, retention, enrollment, and operational performance metrics across the organization. Drives alignment on how performance is measured and interpreted across interdepartmental stakeholders. Partners with data and analytics teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable reporting that supports performance management and decision-making.
