Why This Role Exists: The team we build right now will define Roger's trajectory. We need a Founding Recruiter who takes full ownership of how we find, attract, and close the exceptional talent that will accelerate this mission. This isn't a "fill roles as they come" position. You'll partner directly with founders to turn ambitious hiring goals into a repeatable, high-signal hiring engine, defining who we hire, how we hire, and how we show up to the talent market. This is a founding role with real impact, real ownership, and real expectations.
