Job Description: - Under broad direction, supervises the day to day activities of logging service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements. - Employee may be involved in the hiring of crews, performance evaluations and disciplinary action of those crews. - Job primarily focuses on the personnel development of crews, through mentoring and on the job training, as well as ensuring service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through process adherence. - Mentors and assesses competence of Service Supervisors, Service Operators and Operator Assistants. - The Service leader provides guidance on specific job designs based on downhole conditions as part of the Design of Service process. - The Service Leader will need to Interact with the customer's representatives at the well site to seek fe...
