About this position: LMCU is looking for a Maintenance Technician I who provides general maintenance to all facilities, buildings, and grounds owned or operated by LMCU as assigned by supervisor. What you’ll do: - Makes minor maintenance repairs such as changing light bulbs, painting, removes snow and ice from walkways and driveways. - Performs daily general maintenance duties including but not limited to moving furniture, boxes and setting up for special events, etc. - Sweeps, mops, vacuums, spot clean carpets and polishes floors on an as needed basis. - Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the credit union. - Responsible for adhering to and complying with all applicable federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, adhering to Bank policies and procedures, and completing...
