About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 14 CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR Part-Time - 2.5 Days per Week The Role The Client Services Director is a senior member of the Events Leadership Team, responsible for defining and governing the sponsor and partner experience strategy across With Intelligence Events & Partnerships. This role operates at a group level, ensuring a consistent, commercially aligned service framework across all brands and geographies. The Director sets the standards, KPIs and operating model that the Head of Client Services and portfolio teams execute against.
