Commercial Project Sales: Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motived, relationship-focused and outgoing professional to help drive success in a challenging fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with building owners, facility managers, and contractors to identify needs, develop tailored HVAC solutions, and guide projects from initial opportunity through final proposal. Responsibilities: - Sell and market HVAC mechanical solution projects. - Develop new customers and new market channels. - Perform site surveys, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales proposals to meet the customers’ needs. - Maintain customer activity and documentation in CRM software. - Maintain calendar, set regular appointments, and execute follow up tasks - Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
