Overview NV5 is actively recruiting a GIS Technician . This position will offer an entry point into the geospatial industry along with the opportunity to enhance your skills for career advancement. The Geospatial Technician will work as part of a team using geospatial software to create and update highly attributed feature data within a geodatabase from imagery and ancillary sources to produce comprehensive datasets that can be used for mission planning and support. They will also work in a 3D environment creating and editing digital elevation models to client specifications. The ideal candidate must be analytical, self-motivated with exceptional communication skills and work well in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
