Overview We are hiring a Director Of Outpatient Services to build and manage our PHP/IOP program! Location : Onsite in Austin, TX About Us Cross Creek Hospital is an acute psychiatric hospital in Austin, Texas, offering approximately 196 licensed beds following a recent expansion to meet growing behavioral health needs in the region. The hospital provides inpatient, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) services for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Cross Creek Hospital treats a wide range of mental health conditions and co‑occurring substance use disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance dependence, with detox services available as needed.
