People and Culture Manager

Job description

We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join the team 3 days per week to lead and deliver our people strategies – including culture and engagement, recruitment and onboarding, offboarding, performance management, wellbeing, terms and benefits and compliance with all local laws applicable. Working within the Operations team you will act as a trusted advisor to the Foundation management team, manage core people processes, and ensure the Micro:bit Educational Foundation continually strives to be an excellent place of work. This role requires a both strategic and hands-on team member, ensuring that our people practices support our business goals and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, as well as progress the Foundations goals in terms of equity, diversity and inclusion.
