As a new spa in the market, we are looking for a driven spa manager who is comfortable with cold outreach, grassroots marketing, and getting out into the community to drive awareness of services and job opportunities! Our ideal candidate will be able to analyze the current spa performance and implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and client base while strengthening guest relationships. The candidate will train front desk sales professionals to maximize performance.
