Job Summary: Job Description: Overview: The Superintendent – Fair Park oversees, directs, the administration and management of Fair Park. Determines viable contracts, participates in negotiations and facilitates long term master plan for revenue generation and park improvement projects. Fair Park is an Enterprise Fund making revenue generation an essential function of the position so the division can cover expenses. Essential Functions: 1 Oversight of daily operations of Fair Park, a 277-acre National Historic Landmark consisting of cultural, historic, and entertainment venues that play host to visitors from around the world every day of the year. 2 Oversight of Parkwide, 24/7 security operations.
