Job Title: Account Sales Coordinator City, Country: Brussels, Belgium: Join us as an Account Sales Coordinator based in Brussels at a high-performing R&D innovation center, this role sits at the heart of collaboration between the client, commercial teams, and fragrance experts. You will drive the seamless coordination of projects and lead the end-to-end management of olfactive evaluations—ensuring precision, speed, and excellence at every step. You’ll also oversee the innovation space, making sure it delivers a flawless, premium experience. Your key responsibilities: - Support commercial & fragrance development team on client's project/brief/event activities. - Manage olfactive evaluation schedule of all projects with commercial and fragrance development team. - Prepare olfactive evaluation sessions, following client briefs and precise protocols, aligned with the core team: Order samples, coordinate shipments of fragrance oils, run washes and set up client evaluations. - Overlook market products stock, keeping an updated databank of in/out products. - Be in charge of evaluation booths and evaluation equipment maintenance. - Be accountable for the day-to-day of the premises (dealing...
