Purpose The Country IT Lead will establish and lead Securitas Technology’s IT presence in Germany, acting as the strategic interface between IT and the business. This role drives technology adoption, business process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives across the country, while ensuring alignment with the European IT strategy. The position will directly influence operational efficiency, technology roadmaps, and stakeholder collaboration. The role reports to the IT Cluster Director, Securitas Technology and offers a unique opportunity to shape the IT function in Germany.
