Role Overview: The Europe IP Manager plays a strategic and operational role in enabling B2B pharmaceutical growth by protecting, leveraging, and monetizing intellectual property across European markets. The role ensures that IP strategy is fully aligned with business development, supports partnerships, and mitigates legal and commercial risks in licensing, distribution, and collaboration models. Key Responsibilities: IP Strategy: - Define and execute European IP strategy aligned with company objectives. - Manage patent filings, prosecution, maintenance, and renewals. - Conducting patent invalidation studies and preparing oppositions. - Assess patent landscapes and competitive positioning.
