The Regional & Product Policy team delivers advertising policy coverage across regions, product formats, and sensitive industry verticals. By combining regional expertise with regulated goods and product policy knowledge, the team ensures fast, consistent, and business-aligned policy decisions. As a Policy Manager you will assess risk, contribute to policy development, and support policy decision-making in one of TikTok’s most complex regulatory environments. You will work closely with global policy leads and cross-functional partners to help ensure policies are enforceable, aligned with product capabilities, and grounded in regulatory and platform integrity considerations. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and collaboration across a wide range of cross-functional partners.
