Location : Remote within U.S. Department : Global Consumer & Commercial Intelligence Summary of Role: Insights leader owning end to end, holistic insights agenda and key stakeholder wiring for Chocolate. Drives deep consumer, shopper and marketplace intelligence to fuel growth strategy for Chocolate BU. Partners with Sr Manager, Chocolate Insights to drive and execute insights agenda for brand level demand creation strategies and brand equity . Role Responsibilities: - Demand Creation Strategy : idea generation, innovation pipeline optimization & validation, audience identification and definitions, design to value - Brand Equity : Deep in market performance understanding and analytics (portfolio and brand level), translation of Brand Health tracking to results, Creative/Comms idea generation, optimization and validation - Foundational Insights: Contributes to Chocolate portfolio-wide insights and other foundational learnings - Budget Management : Leads partnership with Marketing ops to ensure balanced and accurate insights budget for Seasons & Tentpoles - Level of influence requires frequent and meaningful interaction with Chocolate DCS and Chocolate Brand teams. - Partner with Com...
