We’re expanding our interior plumbing division and seeking a seasoned Drain Cleaning Technician to lead the charge in residential and commercial service calls. Responsibilities: - Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home, service calls. - Provide Camera service for mainline stoppages - Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provides solutions - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, effectively communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities by explaining the features and benefits of each solution. - Obtain agreement for services before performing work - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products to customers, maximizing revenue potential. - Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly. - Maintain truck inv...
