The Role: Our site in Aurora, IL is seeking an EHS Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration, beginning in June through December. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EHS Co-Op to join our Environmental, Health & Safety team. This role will provide hands-on experience supporting key safety and compliance initiatives while contributing to our organization’s overall safety culture. The co-op will assist with ongoing projects, audits, and employee engagement activities tied to our defined EHS objectives. What You’ll Do: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS programs, focusing on: Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Machine guarding initiatives: Ergonomic risk assessments and improvements: Job Safety Analyses (JSAs): ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management) systems Assist in conducting audits, inspections, and gap analyses related to th...
