Manager, Payroll Tax & Accounting Greenville, SC or Shelton, CT | Hybrid Work Are you a payroll tax and accounting expert ready to make an impact in a dynamic, growing organization? Hubbell is looking for a Manager, Payroll Tax and Accounting to lead critical payroll accounting operations, support M&A integrations, and partner closely with internal teams and our managed services provider. In this role, you’ll be the go‑to subject matter expert for payroll tax, G/L, workers’ comp, escheatment, and multijurisdictional reporting. Every day brings variety—reconciling payroll data, supporting audits, driving process improvements, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the enterprise. The Manager, Payroll Tax and Accounting is responsible for all payroll accounting activities performed within the Payroll Operations Team, including mergers and acquisitions. This role will support the Manager, Payroll Systems and Projects to ensure the payroll accounting for all respective business groups are met.
