This is a pivotal role responsible for designing and leading the payroll governance framework across Transurban. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and discipline to how payroll operates, ensuring clear accountability, consistent processes, and strong controls across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Working closely with Payroll, Finance, Technology, Legal, Risk and the broader business, you’ll drive operational excellence and governance maturity, ensuring payroll is not only compliant but scalable and resilient as we grow and transform.
