We have an opportunity for a Medical Records Officer to join their team of staff in the Medical Records department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include: - Prepare patient records for upcoming clinics, admissions, investigations, and procedures. - Ensure all required documentation (e.g., consent forms, test results, referral letters) is accurately filed and accessible for clinical teams. - Locate and retrieve patient notes efficiently when requested by clinical, admin, or legal teams. - Handle patient information with the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion. - Support clinicians and administrative teams by ensuring timely access to comp...
