Job Title: Guidewire Lead Location: Hartford, CT or Hunt Valley, MD Work Type: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Visa: No OPT / CPT / H1B About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead (PolicyCenter) to drive the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale insurance solutions. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will act as a subject matter expert in Guidewire PolicyCenter, leading end-to-end delivery across product configuration, integrations, and cloud deployments. Key Responsibilities: As a Software Development Lead, you are expected to be a subject matter expert and will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. Candidate will be responsible for team decisions, managing stakeholders and contributing to key decisions. Expert proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter is required. Expert proficiency in Guidewire Advanced Product Designer is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Design Innovation, Guidewire Integration, and Java will be useful.
