The primary purpose of the Maintenance Team Leader role is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all production equipment within the company. This involves leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, planning and coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
